MICROFERM MONO MANURE BIOGAS-TO-BIOMETHANE PLANT
This Microferm plant in Blokzijl, in the eastern province Overijssel of the Netherlands, anaerobic digests 100 percent manure and the biogas upgrading system has a capacity of 40 Nm3/hr biomethane. The Microferm is ideal for dairy farmers with 250+ cows and with a manure production from 7,500 m3. This project is the third ‘cooperative Jumpstart’ project of HoSt. Jumpstart, an initiative of dairy cooperative FrieslandCampina, facilitates dairy farmers who want to realize mono-manure digesters plants on their own farm.
