Biogas plant in Botoš, Serbia festively opened

Aleksandar Antić, Serbian Minister of Energy and Mining, opened our biogas plant of 600 kWe in Botos, Serbia yesterday.

Dutch ambassador Henk van den Dool was also present and gave a speech during the festive opening of the plant with musical entertainment. The plant has a capacity of 600 kWe and will produce electricity and heat with the use of crops and agricultural waste from the crop farming business Mladost, for whom HoSt constructed the plant. The digestate will be used as fertilizer on their fields for yield increase.
